I own my P1S sicne like 2 months now, and never had (not solvable) problems.
This one baffles me though.
What is happening here?
Tried a new print with a different Material: Same problem 
Possibly a partial clog in the nozzle. Did you run high temp material before this? If so, try purging at the nozzle temp for the high temp filament.
I actually did not, am on a spree to print presents and christmas decoration… so PLA all the way. I will give it a try though!
Ok, i did a cleaning via “Cold Pull”
am no test printing stuff to see if it indeed did help.

Still trying around, found settings vor exactly this material, trying that now.
When i print other PLA it looks like this:
That is normal, right?
Print Setting will help:
Generic PLA, nothing changed.
Everything at default.
Resolution 0.2mm Standard
All with a hardened 0.4 Nozzle.
I don’t think that is normal

No, i did not. Will start something to dry, so i will have dry Filament tomorrow.
also what filament are you using, example bambu lab pla basic
The green one is eSun PLA+
The black one is Sunlu PLA+
I do own a Filament dryer, never used it before cause i never had problems with wet filament.
As black and green are in my AMS right now, i am drying a spool of white Sunlu PLA+.
Nope, didn’t do the trick.
I tried some more prints with settings in the slicer, no dice.
I tried changign the hot end: nope.
I tried taking apart the extruder, found some dirt!!!
Cleaned it, first print looked awfull AGAIN.
RIght now i am planning on printing from an external spool, eliminating the AMS variable…
I’m sorry you’re going through this, I know it can be testing for one’s patience.
It worked for my A1, but the 4 magic screws behind the hotend- are they tight? Especially after changing nozzle and head please check the tightness of them.
Ok, it is not the AMS either, the print looks awfull even without it.
Yeah, i will go and tighten everything even more down.
Or replace my extruder gear while i do so…
New stuff i did:
- Tightened down the screws for the extruder and hotend even more.
- Used the guide to tension the belts (again)
Calibrating now, then another cube…
If that does not do anything, i will take out the extruder and replace it with the old standard gears that i still have. i use the hardened one.
Ok, just replaced the extruder gears. Wish me luck!

Well, turns out my new extruder sucked big time. the faulty cubes are all with the hardened Extruder (you know, the original from Bambu i just bought a month ago), the good one is printed with my old standard extruder… on standard quality.
I opened up a support ticket, too. Hopefully i will at least get the extruder gear again… preferably working this time.
