Straight to the point: During Multicolor prints i experienced poop chute clogs. I did a lot of testing the last days, solved the clogs for now and experienced this:
I think that the cause of the clogs in the poop chute are those strings at the beginning and the end of the poop (see in the picture). Those wrap around the small trap door inside the cute and don´t fall into the chute itself.
Does anyone know why it looks like this?
To be clear, filament is dry and I always reduce the poop inside Bambu Studio to 0.6 depending on the Modell to have no color bleed.
I also printed this model which sits on the trap door so the filament could no longer wrap around the door and start the clog (which works pretty good by the way):
