Hi guys, I got a problem with one of the P1S printer I have, this printer was the least used in the past, days ago I was trying to print some parts in Bambu PLA, found this extrusion problem, but not with my other P1Ss and X1C nor A1.
I was testing with 1 roll of filament (Bambu PLA Matte white).
Slicer is the same (Bambu Studio)
Print plates are the same
All settings are the same
Flow-ratio are all by default
So as you can see from the photo, the right piece was printed on the problematic printer, checkout the corners, and the lines on the top surface, from the corner it looks like over-extrusion, from the surface lines it looks like under-extrusion.
The left one is printed on another P1S, which is totally fine, I also tested with my other P1Ss, X1C, A1, they are all fine.
By the way, the problem happens more obviously for PLA Basic and PLA Matte, I tested with ABS and PLA Silk+, both of them looks OK, only PLA got this problematic looking.
I tried the following steps:
- Cleaning the extruder
- Swap with a new nozzle
- Adjust the tension of belts
- all PTFE tubes check
- direct feed or AMS feed
- hard reset the printer
Nothing above helps.
Thanks for your tips!
