This is from my P1S printer with PLA Silk. The printer prints other prints just fine.
I am not sure what wrong with this print, seam okay to me.
As @simon14 has already noted, there doesn’t appear to be anything wrong with that print. You’ll need to give us a clue about what you’re actually dissatisfied with - I left my mind-reading glasses on the subway. 
Maybe you want it smoother? I don’t see anything wrong with the print. You could try the ironing option.
