First layer looks fine and then out of nowhere second layer has those waves on the part of the print. Sometimes this gets so bad that nozzle starts scratching those waves and printer stops with extruder errror.
It’s P2S printing dry PLA (tecbears regular PLA) with original .4 nozzle. Buildplate is Biqu Glacier. Configs are default with 0.20mm print profile.
I’m quite disappointed with P2S overall but I was hoping that after all the calibrations I’ve performed (manual bed tramming, plate auto calibration, flow, dynamics etc) I could at least print ok-ish flat layers.
Those waves are formed when the extruded plastic has nowhere to go either because the flow rate is too high or the part is pressing up on the nozzle from warping. Your part hasn’t separated from the plated so this points to filament calibration.
Have you run the manual filament calibration swatches?
