What happened when someone just attach three popular models into one

this guy ask me if he can remix my model, I said no

so he just took it anyway ,combined all three popular models here into one “design” and upload it (he didn’t redraw the model, just copy and paste)

is this under copyright claim ?

everything I got are under standard digital file license

I would say it is a case of ‘violation of source model license’.
