What is the best way if one of supports corrupts when printing?

Should I stop and abandon the whole print?
Is there any remedy for it?

After a support has deformed/layer adhesion issues it entirely depends on many different things if you should continue printing:
The print itself. If the support isn’t supporting a critical region, then use the skip tool to skip that support so it doesn’t mess up that spot any more.
The support’s condition. If the support isn’t messed up super badly (as in it falls over or spaghetti forms on it) then let it run a few more layers to see if it re-fixes itself. You’d be surprised on how well it can fix itself. If it doesn’t then you abandon print.
Lastly, if it just stops printing the support at some random point in time, again, it depends on if it was supporting a critical region of the print. If it was, abandon print and print the rest of it later.

“Best” will be hard guidance

If the support is located near the edge of the print, the extruder will spit some spaghetti and it will likely get wiped onto the model right at the molten part on the nozzle. Whisker-like. It can often be cleaned with a knife + flame no problem, youll be left with something like a z seam scar. (aesthetic print fail but functional print ok) You’re dealing with randomness though and sometimes those whiskers solidify pointing up, and the extruder might use them as levers to knock over the print.

Obviously whatever is being supported is not going to be supported, and will be droopy or completely failing, depending on model.

Sometimes I’ve seen supports fail so hard that they begin working again. Like a tall support, dies in the middle, turns into a nest of spaghetti and then all of a sudden that nest is stable enough to start printing on again and it recovers lol. The walls of the print needed cleanup.
Very uncommon though.
