I successfully printed TPU 95A-HF on PETG, but I hate the manual process of switching the filaments. The TPU for AMS sounds interesting. Before buying a roll, I wanted to know if anyone else used it and for what applications.
I like it, along with Siraya Techs 64D. Both print well through an AMS. But the Bambu is known for poor layer adhesion. Even using their own data from the data sheets, its their lowest adhering filament. Also I think this spec on their data sheet says it all (larger number equal more flexible and better adhesion before tearing apart):
TPU 95A HF - Breaking Elongation Rate (Z) > 480%
TPU for AMS - Breaking Elongation Rate (Z) = 31%
The second thing to know, its not TPU flexible. Its a very stiff TPU.
This how much stiffer it is (higher number is stiffer):
TPU 95A HF - Young’s Modulus (X/Y) = 9.8 MPa
TPU for AMS - Young’s Modulus (X/Y) = 1190 MPa
Basic PLA - Young’s Modulus (X/Y) = 2580 MPa
