I only ran the VFA test (one within Bambu studio) on one filament so far (eSun PLA+) and I am seeing mild resonance issues start around 150 speed, moderate going to severe around 240+. Seems lower than what I would expect from an H2C but maybe not with a bulkier print assembly.
I noticed the Bambu Studio default was 180 (outer wall) speed so maybe that is their Bambu filament calibrated value. This is also for a 0.4 induction nozzle with 0.2 layer height.
I got my H2C about 2 weeks ago. So far I have printed using only the default speeds in Bambu Studio and I haven’t seen any VFAs. I’m currently working through a bunch of miscellaneous PETG and ABS filament from different manufacturers, some of which are spools I opened as much as 2 years ago, and dried in the AMS 2 (PETG) and AMS HT (ABS). The few prints I have done have been flawless.
PA calibration could be a tiny bit better on my H2C, but flow is spot-on. Other than a small zit where the Z seam is when I let it run the calibration itself, the rest of the prints have been flawless. I am really happy with this machine so far.
