I printed (badly) this reduction on an A1 printer. When printing, the nozzle scratches the material where it transitions from a larger diameter to a smaller one. As you can see in the photo, this spot is at an angle. Is there anything I can correct in Bambu Studio? I should add that the file is fine.
What is the model? If it’s hollow inside (under that print defect) then it’s likely your overhangs sags too much. Some solutions would be to increase top shell numbers and use supports.
The printer model is A1.
This is the second print that came out the same way. The first one was without supports, the second one was with supports, and there’s no difference.

I meant the model you are printing. 
Send the 3mf file of what you are trying to print, it will be easier to troubleshoot.

This happens when you use a translator. In the meantime, I think I’ve found a solution, but it turns out this is a common problem related to the Z-axis settings.
I also noticed that in the 3MF file you uploaded, you have supports turned off. That in and of itself will create exactly this kind of issue. Supports need to be turned on.
As I wrote earlier, one project was with supports and the other without, and the effect was the same.
