Guys, just bought the H2D combo, shipped to Malta. Promised by courier, promised a tracking delivery, Tracking never was available and guess what? Yesterday I got a call from a local shipping company that my printer has arrived and they are unloading the container. This is my second day waiting for its delivery. Guess what? Bambu charged me 400 euro for shipping it. Even by courier that is an exaggeration and by overland container its murder! Anybody knows how to lodge a complaint with the EU consumer affairs? This is daylight Robbery of hard earned money and while at it, I have experienced the “DHL” carriage which stops at Frankfurt for 10 whopping days while you are helpless… Incidentally while writing this, I got an e-mail that it has been shipped. We are being robbed outright!
