Whats happening to the prints

Hello,

I am having trouble with my printer a P1S.

I tried reprinting the simple Bency and than this happens:

Its all mushy, but the first line that it makes is correctly placed.

The filement that i use is standard Bambu PLA
Its the Bency from the SD card that was placed on it by bambu itself.

I have tried recalibrating it, cleaned the plate as well with some Dish soap.
Checked if the nozzle was clogged, but it was not.

I am kinda in the unknown now on what to try next, anybody has any advice?

Thanks alot!

Still looks like a oiley plate to me. Wash the plate again with hot water and dish soap. Give it a really good scrub. You can use a new green scrubby or brush to help get the oils out of the recess of the plate. Dry it off with a clean paper towel by patting the surface. If the water is hot enough you won’t need to dry it much.

Hmm okay, im going to give that another try. I didn’t dry it by patting the surface, but with a towel. Maybe thats the issue. cleaned it trying another print.

Thanks for the answer

Unfortunately, it did not solve the problem, it does sound like the nozzle is to close on the build plate. But i am confused since i let it level a couple of times already with the calibration. So it shouldnt be that, since there is no way to manually calibrate it.

Is it printing the purge line okay? Have you tried flipping the plate over? Have you tried any other prints?

Yes the purge line is totally fine and flat, thats the weird part. Flipping the plate did not help either.

I have tried a couple of other prints also tried setting the print speed to low, but it did not fix it.

What firmware are you running and have you tried a factory reset? Often that can solve odd issues.

I am runnning the latest version 1.06.00.00 firmware.

I will try the factory reset, perhaps that might fix it.

It looks like that fixed it, i am still curious what happend that caused the issues. But still THANK you!

Glad you got it sorted out! Good job sticking with it. My only guess of why the factory reset worked was perhaps there was some weird values in the bed leveling data?
