That’s because your “trust level” is “new” (welcome to the forums btw) Re-starting from the printer doesn’t leave a trace in the cloud of the print being actually completed, I think the solution requires a bit more that what’s deemed viable from business standpoint just to be able to rate the print more than 3 stars. Also - if you’re waiting to get boosts by completing necessary print time, if cancelled print is re-started from printer, that won’t count towards boost granting.

Maybe it is a good idea to start with a 3-star suggestion to the user. But why should he not be able to change it to 5 if sees that the profiled is fine.
