studio v2.5.0.66 set for a P1S, standard exclusion area of 18x28mm. This will not slice, clearance to the exclusion zone is 4-6 mm. So, what is too close?

It’s a 2 color print, with AMS, so I don’t really want to disable cutter.

This version with 10-15 mm clearance is just fine.

Probably doesn’t answer your question but these are the Bounding Box guides I use for my P1S Combo.

That helps a little. Those match the 18x28 exclusion area, which makes sense. I’m now kind of sure that it is somehow related to the cutout being sliced improperly, since you can print right up to either edge, just not both.

I found reference to an old bug where studio only watched the square. That was reportedly fixed 2 years ago.

My model is 242x494, so half is 242x247, I may have to do it in thirds, just didn’t want to.
