As the title says, I’m trying to understand what the scale of the Forklift and Truck models is to print models that also have the same scale to create a playable diorama.

A normal 200 Litre Drum is 876 mm. If you make your human size model double the size of the toy fuel drum, then that would be about right, a 1.8 metre person.
I just printed out a construction worker at 7cm and he seems a bit short to scale correctly for the truck and forklift. Im thinking 8cm might look more realistic if you want some guys hanging around in your diarama.
