Whats wrong with my first layer?

Brand new Bambulab A1, with Bambulab PLA Basic, and Polymaker PLA
*Filaments were dried for 8hrs in a Creality Pi4 8 hours before starting the prints.

Randomly getting this faint lines. Things I did so far

  1. Clean bed plate with normal dish soap and water
  2. Pre-heat the heatbed to printing temp 10 mins before starting the print
  3. Redo bed leveling (one inside the menu)
  4. changed the nozzle to the “Hardened 0,4”
  5. changed the bed plate to BIQU Cryogrip

I went through something almost similar. After going through the usual check list with bambulab. They suggested an edit to the Gcode.

The usual check list,

  1. bed leveling
  2. bed tramming
  3. new nozzle
  4. nozzle “4 screw” tightening. (you can google this)
  5. last resort, edit Gcode.

Edit Gcode only if this is a consistent deviation.

Thanks for this. However, this is not consistent.
There were some prints that came out perfect, and some are just garbage.
I mean overall it prints fine except the first layer that looks like that.

What you can try:

  • Let it run the bed leveling at the beginning of each print (“on”, not “auto”)
  • Increase first layer flow a little bit (maybe start with 5 %). With a bit of luck you’ll hit the sweet spot where the holes/gaps disappear without ripples appearing.

Something is suboptimal with the bed leveling code. Adjusting Z offsets or first layer flow often can mitigate this.

You might want to run a filament calibration for pressure advance and flow ratio. The bad spots seem to be were it is printing at the fastest speed.

i also got this problem how can i solve it ?
i have don almost every thing to solve it except bumbing up de flow rate on the first layer and changing to a new nozzle

I did the number 4, tighten all “4 screw” but still no luck.

Also did increase the “first layer flow ratio a bit”, this seemes to help but there are still some “underextruded” spots, and some (especially in the corners) now very “extruded”

Maybe manually leveling will help? I really dont want to go this route since im not that good at tinkering or comfortable taking electronics apart then reassemble.
