Hey everyone! I have a few P1S’s that have over 7K hours on them that print 24/7. So far there has been no maintenance other then cleaning and lube to the screws and nozzle replacements and belt tensioning.
With that said I have lost some accuracy and my layers are showing allot more VFAs. What should be my maintenance at this point? I noticed the rollers have belt material chunks on them and everything clunks and slams a bit more during printing lol
Also one of my A1’s has a repeatable and constant layer shifting only on the front left section of the build plate. Consider this a bonus question as I am at a loss as to how a printer can print 75% of the build plate fine and then just 1/4 always has multiple (think 12+, 1mm) layer shifts.
