Yes, but it seems to be a “select during print” setting. Haven’t figured out if it is selectable ahead of print. It is pretty easy to find on the printer. In Bambu Handy and Bambu Studio it’s accessible from the device page (where you can view the camera live feed)

Since the p1s doesn’t have that speed option in the menu (that I found), prior to sending a part to print, exactly where in the Studio menu is that ‘silent, std, sport, ludricrous’ setting?
I know the option exists because i saw the option upon first software install.

Saw the p1 screen.
So the speed can not be set in Studio…?
As I linked above the speed can be changed via Bambu Studio after the print has been sent.
