My order (an h2D) has been shipped. The package will be delivered to me today, but it only weighs 800 grams?
What’s going on? Where is the printer?
there are already a couple threads about this, get on the live chat to get the tracking number for the printer, that one is only the laser module
edit/ btw this new courier seems to be even worst than GEL, their estimated shipping time is almost 2 weeks, it’s crazy and unacceptable for 215 euros of shipping costs
It’s definitely the laser module, but I only received that, and the website indicates that the order has been delivered, but the only thing missing is the printer.
The website is poorly designed, since it doesn’t indicate a partial delivery, or I have a problem.
