Where is UPLOAD in 2.7.0.55 Beta

Trying to upload first project and I do not see an UPLOAD button in this version. Downloaded and installed fresh copy from website and did the same version and lack of button.

Where would one find it now? Do I need to fall back to mainstream version and where is it’s down load?

Found it. Hover over the download links in in very small font it gives the release number
