Which Part to replace-issue is open circuit

Hello. I have looked through the Wiki, but I have not been able to discern which part or parts I need to buy to repair my issue with A! Mini.

My fault for not doing a better inspection from all angles.
I received message of ‘The nozzle temperature is abnormal; the sensor may have open circuit’. I am providing several photos.

The views are taken right under the nozzle head area and in a couple I am trying to show the loose wire with a piece of filament. Sorry my hands are not the steadiest.

There is indeed a wire loose, completely not connected. I appreciate any guidance on the part I need to buy. My printer is about a year and half old, so I’m sure not under warranty. I have not submitted a ticket but if you all think that would be a good idea, I surely will.

Does this help at all?

Yes, I believe this has made the most sense to me so far. About to order this part and see how it goes. Thanks a bunch and will update once I receive and install the part.

Hi @tracim ,
The part you need is this one…

@mugglesmuggle already pointed you towards the instructions for replacement. It isn’t difficult as such but you will need full access to front and back of the machine. I found the most difficult things to do were taking the rear cover off the toolhead housing and reinserting the right cable cover without trapping the wires.

Im new to the 3d printing world and I have this issue on a band new a1 mini. Only 20 hours.sigh…

Thank you very much for these tips. I plan on ordering it here soon, been busy with Christmas planning, but I will definitely update as soon as I’ve bought the piece and installed.
