Who makes Bambu Labs filaments

I tried eSun Matte to compare it with Bambu Matte. Even when the quality of eSun is good, Bambu is superior. I can say with some certainty that what Bambu Matte IS NOT the same as eSun Matte.

Some Comparision Points on black Matte vs black Matte.

  • eSun filament looks different. Black PLA Matte shows some white particles, while Bambu Filaments don’t. These white particles that eSun Filaments show look superfitial and are not translates to the print.
  • eSun PLA smells diferent. To me is more irritating and stronger. While Bambu filament also smells, itr is softer.
  • The finishing of Bambu Matte is superior, it looks better almost like resine prints. While eSun have a Matte finishing, the surface is less smooth.

This was my experience with eSun vs Bambu.

i don’t know if this is helpful but i have seen the same type type of filaments on amazon under the name of “MarsWorks store” they have the same notch and do show Bambu printers and show the same types of colors for about $5 less. does not come with the spool nor RFID but has the same box and vacuumed sealed the same way im gonna buy some and do some tests
