I feel like an idiot, but I’m not typically a social media user. In fact, I’ve had the same problem with the one Facebook group I’ve tried to participate in. When I tried to post a “Comment & Rating” for a model I printed, I typed in my message, uploaded a photo, and clicked “Post”. It shows up right then, but if I come back to that page, it’s not there. I’m sure there’s some setting that’s preventing me from being able to post, but I’d sure like to thank creators whose models I print.
Anyone have any ideas what I could be doing wrong?
It’s probably because the creator has set it so that users below level 7 are blocked.
I’ve tried complimenting on creator, and asking another a question. Neither of them took.
How do I get to higher levels?
By uploading 3D models, rating prints, doing all sorts of things, just using the MakerWorld site as usual. Then it happens pretty quickly.

I really appreciate the answers, and sorry to be so basic, but how do I rate a print if I can’t post?
Not every creator has set it up this way; many allow ratings even from level 1. And don’t worry, you can ask as many basic questions as you want; that’s what the forum is for. 
Maybe another user will read this and provide more information on how to increase the level. I think very few people have considered this because it happens so quickly.

I have the same question. I downloaded a file, printed & went to comment with my print it was there yesterday now it’s all gone. I didn’t post anything stupid, just how liked the print and the few things I changed. I thought that is what we are supposed to do. If we can’t post until level 7 how in the world do you get there if your stuff gets taken down? I reached out to the creator but received no response. I looked at the other posts that got to stay there and I didn’t do anything different. What’s the point in all this if our posts get taken down without explanation? I can sure “boost” creators but I can’t make a post showing I printed the file and want to leave feedback with photos?
First of all, welcome to the forum.
I think you’re mixing a few things up here - maybe you should read the topic again? Your level is 12, so the limit of 7 does not apply to you anyway. Incidentally, the limit of 7 does not apply to all 3D models, as described in detail.
You managed to get to level 12. So why are you now saying it doesn’t work? I’m just asking out of curiosity.
So there must be another reason: Check your inbox; usually you receive a message when a comment is deleted.
So take a deep breath, relax, and then see what the reason is. It’s possible that it had nothing to do with you at all, but was down to the model. Or it was down to you, but then you would have received a message.
Was it just a comment or was it a review? Did you leave a positive or negative review? In any case, check your inbox.
As I said, I think you’re mixing things up here, because you’re already level 12, or are you talking about a second low level account?
