Why do I get this ringing here, what to setup in bambu studio?

I have printed this and it doesn’t look smooth it is 10% infil. Should I print in vase mode? What is problem here?

If the actual model geometry is smooth inside the slicer and looks perfectly round then do this:

And the VFA Calibration in Bambu Studio

Dial in the speed accordingly after calibration

Look if the model looks like the left in the slicer or smooth like the right

I use bambulab X1C printer and bambu studio slicer and this is really bad print I get, Inside and outside.
