Twice now I have started the drying cycle with 4 rolls of PETG and its shut down without a popup but certainly well before the 12hrs was up. I start the drying time of 12hours and its only been 3 hours since I checked and its off again. I restarted it come back an hour later and its off again. I have the newest firmware and I am running a separate power supply to the AMS, I was not printing at the time, Is this normal? I would think not. I just put in a new roll of PETG and wanted to go through a dry cycle but couldn’t complete one.
Did you check what internal humidity was at before you started it bychance?
I have my AMS 2 Pro next to me in the office, and I just noticed it shut off well before what I thought I’d assigned it time-wise. Popped open Bambu Handy app, to check the humidity % and it was at 0%.
Now I’m in Utah, and getting down to 0-1% with an active dryer here is pretty easy. But I’m wondering if it smartly shut off when it hit 0º ?
