Why does my preview tab look like this

Why does the preview when you slice a model look like this now where the models don’t look solid anymore?

What version of Studio are you using?

There was a bug in a recent version that did this.

Here is the github link to the issue.

You might try the workaround mentioned in the this issue.

A solution I’ve found is to go into the Preferences, go to the 3D Settings, then remove the checkbox from the “Enable advanced gcode viewer”. This will force the legacy gcode viewer and that works for me. It seems like the new gcode viewer is buggy on some hardware.

You may need a restart after doing this.

I am using version 2.5.0.66

Did this occur on the previous version you were using? You can download previous versions here.

What OS version are you using?
Have you updated your video card drivers?

I am using windows 10.

I have updated my drivers to the latest version that I can

OK, that narrows down the possibilities.
Did you try the workaround mentioned earlier?

Does it look like a solid object when you change the Color Scheme from line Type to Filament?

the workaround didn’t work

I had this issue on previous versions as well

This doesn’t make a difference

Can you provide the .3mf file that you took the screen shot of in the original post?
