About 3/4 into a 5 hour print I had a brief power failure (about 1 sec). After that I was able to resume the printing, but then I noticed that several times each layer the toolhead stops and goes to park and the heatbead moves to the back. Then printing resumes but soon the whole cycle repeats. No errors on the display or in Bambu Studio.
For now I had to relegate this print to the junk box. Still very windy outside (probably what caused the power failure) so I am not going to try again until tomorrow or later.

Tried that and it didn’t help.
In the end, after i exhausted my supply of choice words, i pressed the stop print button. I had 15 more layers to go but this affected the quality of the print.
I saw a video yesterday, talking about this issue, specifically regarding power, saving, and how it writes to the SD card and when writing this prevents the reading into the queue of instructions and once the queue is empty, Tool stops
I saw that video sometime ago. Informative, but not the thing I ran into yesterday.
In the video the toolhead stops, oozes and then continues moving.
In my case the tool stopped, parked and then continued.
