I’m fully convinced I am just not allowed to print with no issues. It always gotta be something.
Couple weeks ago had a blob of death, replaced hot end heating element, then ran into problems where prints were consistently being knocked off the plate. Double checked every screw and tensioner, found no issues. Figured out if I apply far more glue stick than anyone should ever add it printed fine. (Prints can’t get knocked off if they can’t move) Went to change my nozzle yesterday and noticed the bottom half of the nozzle was twisted from the top half of the nozzle.
It’s a terrible photo but the best I could do
Whether that was causing the issues or not, I don’t know. But since changing the nozzle I have run the same file 4 times now, first two times were perfect, third time one of the six parts was a little wonky, so I skipped it in the app about a quarter of the way through. Ran the same file again, letting it run through the whole way and that same piece is definitely wonky again. Worse than what I had originally suspected. Any idea what could cause just 1 of 6 identical parts to not print?
At least it’s a step in the right direction…maybe? Instead of knocking the print off, it just has quality issues…that’s an improvement… right!!!

I realize I can’t actually upload the 3mf from my phone, which is definitely not going to help things.
PETG of various brands (Bambu, overture, eSUN and flashforge - all dried and printed from a Sunlu S4I have printed this file many many times at this point and other than dumb mistakes, it has printed fine. I haven’t changed any settings or parameters.
