Wierd artefact while printing on my new H2C

Hey guys any ideas why this happened
Im new to 3d printing and just not sure what goes wrong
2 exact models but right one have this weird holes only on this red part of surface
i know there are a lot of expirienced 3dmakers

what i should do to fix that? or what is wrong in this case
Happy to be a part of Bambu community and huge thanks for your attention

finished printing, kinda strange that its only appearing on this part of face
all other surfaces are good

What do you have your seam location set to?

in other spots :slightly_smiling_face:

If it isn’t a seam problem then often it points to moisture in your filament. How are you drying your filament?

from time to time in AMS 2

But if it’s hydration problem why left one came out perfect?

Btw thank u for your time Jon :sparkling_heart:

I would recommend doing a few things. First, dialing up the nozzle temp by 5 degrees and the bed temp by 5 degrees. Second, drying your filament again. Third, setting seam position to the back or something. Next, I would try maybe rotating the failing parts in a different direction and doing an auto-orient and auto-arrange in the slicer. Hope this helps.
