Wierd warning message

Went to print a small 10 min job, have one filament in the ams as usual and studio keeps shooting me this error in red. “Invalid nozzle information please refresh or manually set nozzle information”. I have gone through all the settings way too many times, every thing is correct, nozzle size, filament, printer, process information… and cant figure out how to clear it. Am I just better off uninstalling the software and resetting the H2S to start over? or has anyone have any idea what to do? I have not updated, upgraded, or done anything different. I did a few little samples and everything was working fine until this warning popped up. I am fairly new so I know not to touch settings I don’t understand and have only been using .3mf files I have used before, this file worked 3x before, same exact file. Now anything I try to print wont with the darn warning stopping the process.

Welcome to the forum.

Have you checked the nozzle size on the printer also?

The H2D and H2C automatically read the nozzle size and type, but in the H2S you need to set it manually afaik.

If those settings are not in sync you will get this error.

A restart of Bambu Studio and the printer might help.

Thank you for responding I will check the printer again to be sure. If it is correct and showing .4 like my studio is do you have any suggestion on what to do so I can get back to using the machine? If I un-install then reinstall and then also reset the printer machine back to factory? will that cause more issues? If I log in to the new install of studio with my account name will it screw up the new install of studio by remembering the prior bad setup or reusing prior setup parameters? or do I also create a new account?

If you are doing everything correctly, you might try a re-install of BS, and a Factory reset won’t hurt either.

If it all isn’t helping, you might want to contact support and open a ticket.

Make sure you explain what you tried step by step so they can verify that you are doing it correctly. There can be some delays in response, so providing all the information directly might help.

Thanks again, I do appreciate the time you gave me!
