I am primarily interested in the Enterprise version of these machines, but not sure what the release cadance this version of the printer is. Wondering if anyone one here knows or has heard anything on a H2DE.
What would be different in the enterprise version? Most (if not all, I’m not that familiar with the X1E) features are already in the H2D
Looking at the leaked H2D specs:
- Ethernet
- Network kill switch
- Commercial Wifi authentication server support (RADIUS)

Looks like my prayers have been answered lol. H2D Pro has been released and looks like it’s available in Matter Hackers already
Nice. Alot of people speculated that there would be no enterprise edition
This time the only real difference is stricter network control. Paying that much for something a capable IT department can manage easily, well I dunno if it’s worth it. WiFi killswitch sounds just pretty much unnecessary. Lan mode is essentially powerful enough for 99.99% of users, while people might complain that WiFi is not stable, well not so much if you can pay 35 dollars to get a cheap reliable AP. But the farm manager server remains interesting. Not sure if it’s gonna be available for normal users.
Other upgrades can still be applied to H2D, and I’m very happy for that.
