Wrong Build plate after Update 1.11.00.00

Hello, after updating the firmware to version 1.11.00.00, my original Supertac plate is no longer recognized. All print jobs on the SD card fail because the printer can’t find the correct plate. If I overwrite the error, the filament no longer adheres to the plate. I also can’t print to Supertac plates from within the software.

A downgrade to 1.10.00.00 fix the Problem and i can Print.

It’s the same for me. I have an X1 + SuperTack + E3D hotend, and it was working before without any issues. Now, Bambu Lab filament fails on the first layer. I would prefer not to downgrade to 1.10, as 1.11 introduced huge improvements for E3D.

downgrade to the previous firmware/software version (the one that worked before) and try again

Yeah, that works. Roll back to 1.10.00.00 using app on phone and it is back to working correctly.
DO NOT UPGRADE FIRMWARE TO 1.11.00.00 until Bambu fix it

Same issue here. Downgrading now.

Same issue here. Going to rollback, thanks for confirming my suspicion the latest update was the issue.

I’ve noticed another strange issue with this release: roughly 1 out of 10 prints fails because the nozzle temperature never rises above 140 °C. After it has completed ABL, it does not heat up to the configured printing temperature. If I restart the print without re-slicing, it then prints as expected. This behavior never occurred before the latest update.

Same for me in every described issue.
Downgrade helps.

Thanks all, I’d turned off build plate detection to fix it because this happened before but it’s just a workaround, going to downgrade all my X1Cs now until the next version that fixes it. I just printed on the wrong plate again because I had the detection turned off

have the same issue, cool plate isn’t detected at 01.11.00.00, I confirmed it’s working again after downgrade to 01.10.00 but no reaction on my ticket at all.
Has Bambu confirmed somewhere the bug and is working on it?

Same issue here. Just rolled back to correct it.

Hello, I also have an issue with my AMS since updating my X1 Carbon to Firmware 1.11. My AMS crashes every time I load filament. To me, it seems like the loading time to reach the print head is too short.

Also having the issue where my Supertac wasn’t detecting on X1C. Rolled back to resolve the issue.

I didnt think build plates have ever been recognised if you use an SD card to upload files!

It was only a partial result for me. I had to go back because my super tack stopped being recognized and my pieces detached.

I had the Same problem with X1C. Just manually do calibrations than start the print without doing them. Works fine for me.
