Hello.
I have problems with support generation on some models. As for example, the support tree for fingers have wrong geometry, support interface prints in air in some places and inside the tree diameter. It cause spaghetti. It is the main problem that fail the model. Also, the model starts printing right inside the interface layer lines.
Changing styles, switching off reduce infill retraction, drawing supports manually do not help. Seems like Bambu studio generate it wrongly.
Here is photo collage of places, what I am talking about and where is the problem.
4 cases altogether, on the left side photos, there are supports trees without support interface layer, on the right side, photos of the first WRONG support interface layer.
I have also circled the problematic places.

It would be very helpful if you sliced the file, saved it, then uploaded the resulting 3MF here so we can take a look inside the slicer.
I have load 3MF to google drive, so as it is too large.
Well then, let’s dive into the analysis:
Okay, we would probably need the original 3MF file. The slicing/G-code output is completely messed up. There’s not much to analyze there.
The only thing I can say right now is: The print should be rotated 180°. Print the feet facing upward. Always print split figures with the base facing down and the feet facing up.
And aside from the obvious flaws: The hole for the connection goes right through the entire figure and is way too small - it probably wouldn’t have worked anyway.
Please upload the original 3MF file; I suspect there’s something fundamentally wrong with it. What you uploaded was great, but it only shows the G-code. Something must have gone wrong earlier.
So, just the ordinary 3MF, without slicing. Your file on google drive is 3MF-G-Gode. That’s why I can’t see what happened before. Use just “Save Project”.
Well, I can’t tell you why this happens, I’m experiencing the same error. But here’s how to fix it:
First, simplify your model a little bit - it has so many details that the printer can’t print it at all. It just confuses the slicer: After that, the problem was fixed for me.
If you’re still having this problem, click on “Fix Model.”
I have done all of these things and I still have the same problem with generation…
Even after rotation
