I got this error no matter what i do , i have already clean the carbon rods and i have tension the belt several times , my prints are flawless ,but this annoying, i have the latest firmware (i think ) Version :01.10.00.00, any suggestions ?
Did you run a calibration after tensioned the belts?

I’m having the same issue. Have about 1600 hours on the printer and this just started last week. I have done the belt adjustment several times and still keep getting the error.
do you have any issues on your prints except this error ?
I’ve had this issue too. Did a lot of troubleshooting with support, but nothing worked. Prints were coming out fine.
And then one day the message disappeared and never came back.

No, the prints were and are coming out fine. I have a print running right now as I write this. It’s been running for 9 hours and is looking fine but when I started it that message came on. I just went ahead and did the print with no issues.
