In the past, there have been cases where printing off the edge has been found to be due to a bent print nozzle. I’m not saying that is your problem but it may be worth a look. It can be hard to see if its bent front to back, you may have to use a mirror or your phone’s selfie camera to see it.
Also, if you’ve ever printed something from Makersworld, check to make sure the printer shown in the upper left of Bambu slicer matches your printer. I’ve have things from Makersworld switch my printer to the A1 Mini which doesn’t play well with my X1C.
Edit: I didn’t see the picture until I hit submit. My printer has always printed that line right on the edge. you can almost catch it with a finger nail.
