I have only had my X1C for a few weeks but when monitoring the camera feed I often see the whole image shift up or a white line near the top.
I was just wondering if this is normal or whether it indicates and issue that needs investigation.

How often does it happend? Has it always been this way or did it start recently? I’ve never experienced this problem on my x1 camera.
The printer is only 3 weeks old and I have observed this behaviour from new.
Just every once and a while issue occurs but can be quite frequent. I will see if it shows on SD card recordings and if so post a link to it.
my camera jitters and doesn’t record the whole print I’m lucky if i get a few seconds per print any help would be appreciated

Reach up on the top left frame and see if the camera is loose. That’s first. Then make sure your table or whatever the printer sets on is solid.
