X1 Ceramic heater not on the UK store?

Hi All, I was wondering for any UK based XI users, where do you get the ceramic heaters from? The UK store does not list them? The EU store does, maybe this would be the way to but them? As Bambu stocks multiple spare parts on the UK store, why would this one not be listed?
