I have an X1C that will not connect to the Studio or Handy app. The printer does connect to my 2.4 router and runs a connection test successfully. But it won’t upgrade the old firmware version 01.04.00.00. I need to get the firmware updated and finally get the studio and handy app to see my printer. I also tried the Lan connection as well and it fails to connect just like the QR code does.

1.04 firmware is the initial firmware version the printer shipped with (circa February 2023). You will probably need to contact support in order to get the firmware updated.
I have reached out to them and I am waiting for a reply but I was hoping someone on here might be able to help faster.
