Hello, you’re my last hope.
My X1C suddenly stopped printing to size. There’s a 2.5mm gap on all axes (everything is 2.5mm too small). I’ve tried a factory reset, reinstalling, and various firmware versions, but nothing helps. I don’t know what to do anymore. Does anyone have any ideas? Thanks in advance and best regards!

i would do a cleaning of the X and Y Rods and then do the belt tension procedure:
In the past i’ve had good experience with the belt tension procedure when my parts where out of range.
Important note:
if you did the skew correction, reset the value.
i think the gcode is:
M1005 I0
M500
after that flash the latest firmware, install the latest Bambustudio and do a testprint with standard settings
tell me if it got better after that.
