All my files are sliced for the same nozzle, but all prints show this warning now.
Context: I’m using files stored on the SD card that were sliced before. Never had an issue until this latest FW version.
And the same nozzle is selected on the printer?
There’s a new drop down menu to select the nozzle size on the top left of the slicer (if I remember correctly, I’m not always looking at it), I’m not home to take a screenshot, but I can screenshot it when I arrive in 4-5 hours.
Same nozzle selected. Nothing changed.
Note: I’m using files stored on the SD card that were previously sliced. The new firmware doesn’t like that.
Just to double check: I thought that maybe the printer thinks that it has a different nozzle installed. So even if the sliced files still demand the same e.g. 0.4mm nozzle, maybe the printer is set to a 0.6mm nozzle.
I don’t know, why a firmware update should cause that, but it would be the obvious reason for the printer to complain.
I just now got the notification for the new firmware. will report back, what it does with new and old files 
I got the same, I had to set the nozzle details on the printer and then it was happy again. After the upgrade the nozzle was something like “Undetected” or similar, but changed it to my correct nozzle settings and then the warning didn’t show up anymore.
they have added the selection of standard vs high flow nozzles in 1.11.
i think that is supported since bambu studio 2.4.0
for me, 0,4mm, hardened steel, standard flow was selected and a cached file printed fine.
maybe your sliced files are from an older bambustudio Version, that doesn’t know of standard vs high flow nozzles?
That would explain the mismatch.
I am not getting the nozzle error. However, I am still getting the plate not found and a LOT of ozzing I was getting with the beta.
I will most likely downgrade to 10.10 again.
I just went looking to find the ‘updates’ that should be listed for this 1.11 firmware. It is NOT even on the website at all. Last 1.10 firmware was the last one shown. I’ll not upgrade till I see what they are changing.
I never realized until today that there are two different pages for the X1C firmware. Not sure why or how that happened but the new firmware is only listed on one of them:

I had to downgrade back the the pervious version, keep telling me my plate wasn’t found, once I got old firmware install worked perfect.
got the same issue. reselected the correct nozzle in settings, double checked everything file says it wants 0.4, printer has 0.4 installed, settings has 0.4 selected, still getting the warning. prints are fine, same as before. file is old and on SD card - printing the same part for a long time. looks, tastes and smells like a bug
I think that the new firmware expects sliced files from at least bambustudio v2.4.x
I did, same issues. Rolled back the firmware and the issues are gone.
Ok, then it really is odd behaviour. I didn’t get the message after the update.
One last idea:
Many strange behaviours after an firmware update have been solved by a factory reset after the update. Have you tried that?
Yep, I have had this issue and others since the BETA test. Rolling back the firmware is the only solution I found.
I received a new X1C few days ago and had to do an online update to 1.11 because it came with a firmware before offline update was added. Tried printing a built-in file and it showed nozzle mismatch error. Even ignoring the error the print job failed to continue and would get stuck after preheating the bed. Rolled back to 1.10 after that.
I’m getting the same error.
This will be VERY annoying if I have to re-slice 50+ of files for my SD card.
Also, half the time the “Ignore” button doesn’t work.
After pressing it the printer sits and does nothing.
It says it is in “Heating the build plate” state but the build plate never heats.
