Hey guys.

I run 3 Bambu X1E with various filament, PETG runs just fine.

I belive it is an Slicer or Settings Issue, because it happens on all 3 on them and on all my plates.
The prints are now warping like crazy. Never had this Issue before. Printer 1 had over 800 hours of ASA printing without these Issues.
I tested many setting and speeds now, different Materials like Bambu ASA oder Formfutura ApolloX, hotter, colder and so on. Did Calibration runs nothing changes.

I used the 0.20 strength profile for ages and only pushed the infill to 30%.
Never had issues till around 2 or 3 weeks.

Does anybody have the same or similar Issues?

Did some testing.
All 3 printers giving the same results! Even on new plates.

Bought some Bambu ASA, did the drying and did test prints on all 3 of them with stock settings for Bambu ASA, which means filament profile Bambu ASA with original Bambu ASA and print profile 0.20 strength.
All 3 printers show bad bed adhesion, edges warp upwards massively.
I have to use the 50% speed option + FormFutura EasyFix which can’t be right.

Any ideas why this is happening?
As I said one printer of the three did a hundred of these prints on 100% speed.
