X1E doesn't conncect in LAN only mode

Hi there,

we are using 3 X1E since two weeks with SD cards. The printing results are great but we cant connect them to Bambu Studio.
I can ping them from my PC but when i try to connect them with the access code the following happens:

  • The pop up shows up:

  • Bambu Studio wanthe the IP and the access code. After that he wants the SN and the Printer type:

  • When I click on conncect it shows up that he is going to conncect and that the dialogue will close. The pop up disappears but the printer is still not conncected.

Some more information:

  • LAN only is activated. IT will not allow any cloud services
  • I have tried it with a fixed IP and with an automatically assigned IP
  • I have tried it von WLAN and LAN
  • When I use one phone as a hotspot and Bambu Handy on another one I can connect to the printer

Is there anything else I could try or do I need any special ports or whatever?

You might see if using OrcaSlicer will work. I’ve found that the LAN-only connection to my X1C has worked perfectly with the current 2.3.0 release.

Otherwise, I think you will have to contact your Bambu reseller for support.
