Hi All,
i am running out of ideas why Aux head getting clumping.
I am printing with PLA Basic on primary head (Ams2Pro) and Support PLA(AMS-HT) for Support Interface over Filament Track Switch (FTS).
I made several tests when I make simple straight line the Support material printing fine example on the tower those are correct. But when we reach the print on the model then the white Support PLA start to clumping instead of printing the support interface.
I tried:
- Replace the Aux head to another one,
- replace the PTFE tubes,
- dry Support PLA (between 10-19%),
- print straight lines instead of slim tree nor organic tree small,
- without drying running under printing (temp limited due printing)
I try to find out the root cause of the issue.
I used 0.16mm High Quality @BBL X2D profile.
Enable Support, type:tree(auto), Style (all of them failed, slim tree and organic the worst), On build plate only, Remove small overhangs.
I attached picture after I stopped the printing due support build up again. And the design picture how those need to be look like.
You can see below nothing on the internal support towers due all material on the head. How moving simple collect it all.
What is missing? What is the root cause of the issue?
