X2D Busted nozzle offset sensor?

Edit, the sensor is not busted, it was because of a setting mysteriously being off.

I suspect my Nozzle offset sensor is busted.

I was going to print a new waste bucket for the printer, when I noticed the aux nozzle generating absolutely terrible results (see picture)

I assumed it was a clog, so I did the routine with cold pulls etc, to no avail.

Recalibrated nozzle offset in the calibration menu on the printer, and the first test looked ok-ish, but had excessive strings for a filament straight out of the drier.

Tested a bit more, cleaned and swapped nozzles to brand new one, but the issue remains. (Also changed filament to rule out that, swapped from the AMS HT to the external spool in case there was something there)

The only thing I can think of is the nozzle offset sensor being bonkers, but other suggestions/fixes are appreciated.

Its a bit annoying on a brand new machine.

If I had to guess, I would say something is wrong with the aux extruder itself. Can you print anything properly with just the aux nozzle?\

Well, sort of, I tried it in reverse where the white is printed with the aux extruder, and there are some issues, but generally it at least looks better than the opposite. (But not great)

The pressure advance test looked wonky too.

If so, is at least an easy replacement.

How the PA calibration looks, I am no expert.

I suggested to print an object only using the aux extruder. That PA test is not great, your target value is out of the test range (in this test you are looking for the line that looks ompletely uniform over the entire length). Eyeballing, I would say it should be at ~0.6.

It was a setting, but according to bambu the aux extruder was not performing perfectly anyway so they are sending me a new one.
