X2D Chamber + Heat Bed temperature malfunction

I just received the replacement AC board, but I am not in a hurry to replace it for now. I tried turning on the “Low power mode“ to see wether there will be a difference or not. It is only for lowering the peak power at the start of the print but not during the print. Regarding your last post - have you located the suspicious connector while cable twiddling? If yes, have you made some steps towards permanent solution? In e.g. springing back the particular connector or resoldering pins on PCB?

Anyway, I appreciate how you opened the machine during print :joy: . But I still find it questionable, since the printer moves all over during printing (my models have 1M+ triangles, which bambu studio keeps warning me about) and still, most (for me 90%) errors are generated just after printing is finished, while printhead is steady and parked. I witnessed - last gcode moves finished, print end sequence started, printhead parked, heatbed lowered and there it was - chamber heating and heat bed temp abnormal. Printed PLA with no chamber heating.

Yeah. I hardwired the chamber thermistor. So far, so good.

Can you share some pictures, at least we will have some know how.

The thermistor is just inside the door. Up the top. Remove the top glass. It’s in a small plastic cage. For me the issue was the 2 pin connector. I cut the connector off, and soldered + heatshrinked the wires.

Not a peep from the printer since.

Finally, I can say, 2 weeks printing with no errors.

Turning on the Low power mode had no influence, tested for 1 week.

Then I replaced the AC board provided by Bambu, and since I was inside the printer, I also slightly wiggled and pressed in the NTC connector as well as Chamber heater unit connector as JK12 advised. I have not soldered it though. I cannot tell if the solution was AC board or the wiggle to NTC connector, but this worked for me. If the issue reappears, I will solder the NTC directly.
