I’ve only been using the X2D for about a week. When I first bought it, I ran all the automatic leveling and calibration features exactly as instructed. However, I feel like the nozzle is too close to the heatbed. At one point, it even cut into the heatbed, leaving a long visible scratch caused by the nozzle, but I assumed it was just an issue with my print file.
The worst case happened two days ago: during a print, the nozzle clearly cut into the heatbed again, just like in the photo below. I was really worried and stopped all my printing immediately.
I want to ask if anyone has experienced the same issue. If so, how did you fix it? I’ve already opened a new ticket with Bambu Support about this problem, but it’s been two days and I still haven’t received any response. I would appreciate any advice from everyone.
