X2D slower than A1?

Hi,

Just bought an X2D since a few days and I’ve just tried to run the same print in parallel with my A1 for the same Gridfinity simple grid 6x5.

I’m printing on both with PLA, Bambu matte on X2D and Generic on A1, both spools on their respective AMSes.

To my surprise, slicing time is 1h47 for A1 and 2h38 for X2D (main nozzle only) ???

What am I doing wrong here ?

General advice for shaving time (LOTS!) from print?

If you are using “high quality” print profiles the speeds are set much slower.

Thank you very much, that was it, I omited to check that part :grimacing:

With the same profile as the A1 the slicing time is down to 1h10 instead of 2h38, wow
