X2D with the Filament Track Switch

I’d like to add the Filament Track Switch to my X2D so the two AMS2s can use both nozzles. Then I’d need to add the 4 into one PTFE Adapter to each input of the Track Switch, one for each AMS HT. Anyone see an issue with doing this? Currently I have both AMS2s going into a 4 to 1 adapter to the left nozzle and the AMS HT going into the right nozzle (mostly for support materials).

Opinions?

I would think twice before bying the track Switch. There are some issues with it. Like not working together with the TPU feeder. You need to disconnect the Track Switch (6 pin power cable) Also track switch it self is sensitive for filament errors. It is not going passed the track switch. I would not buy it anymore. Also that the support from Bambu lab is friendly. Friendly means not helpful. Spent to much time troubleshooting and contacting the support. For a device that is not even two weeks old. I decided to disconnect the Track Switch from the X2D and trow it in trashcan.

I keep getting an error message when i restart my x2d and its a pain in the ■■■ to get the track switch back working. it keeps saying filament is stuck in it =/

what is the other option if you run 2 ams pro units on the x2d?

Two options:

Get one of the 4 into one adapters and feed both AMS Pros into it and then into the left nozzle.

Feed one AMS Pro into the left nozzle and the other AMS Pro into the right nozzle.

I did the first option and had an AMS HT feeding the right nozzle until I got the track switch. I have not had ANY issues with the track switch. I mounted the track switch for a straight feed into the buffers. PTFE tubes are probably only 3/4" long total.

i want to start topic about FTS but forum not allowing me that

same to me but I guess there are some posts needed before an own post can be made.

And there are already plenty of FTS topics, why would you want to create a new one?
