Y axis clicking sound

I have a clicking sound when the y axis is moving. It feels like I have tested everything but the clicking won’t go away.

The plate is moving smooth and no problems with the prints but the clicking is so annoying. The printer is only like 30 days old.

I have lubricated the Y axis.

I have looked for debris but there is non visible under the plate.

I have tightened all the screws, also on the plate.

I even loosened the 2 screws at the front under a small plate and moved the plate back and forth 3 times and tightened them again, still same issue.

Only clue I have is that when I untightened the two screws I think I didn’t hear the clicking.

It also sounds like the clicking comes from the front.

Another question, should the tape along the y axis be removed?

Any tips?

Turn it off and back on again?

If it only was that simple, but no, a restart do not solve it

Oh I’m sorry, I was being fecicious. Can you pinpoint when the clicking sound is happening? Is it on the forward movement? The backward? Both?

It definitely clicks the most in the forward movement, you can here it sometimes when it goes backwards but the clicks comes most in forward movement.

Have you found a fix for this? Mine is doing the same.

No, it keeps on clicking… BambuLab has sent me a new belt, motor and tensioner.

But I don’t like I have to disassemble a pretty much new machine and already start replacing parts.
