I am a user of Bambu products both for personal use and for work. Unfortunately, I am having an issue on the work end regarding an AMS 2 Pro I recently ordered to add to my team’s P1S.
The first attempt was shipped through YunExpress, which subsequently attempted delivery after business hours several Saturdays ago. There was no attempt at re-delivery during business hours or even a notification that the attempt had failed. It wasn’t until we checked the tracking wondering why it was taking so long that we realized they had attempted once when we were closed and marked the order as undeliverable.
My Purchasing department contacted Bambu who apologized, asked for our business hours, and sent a replacement shipment. SAME EXACT STORY. They attempted delivery this past Saturday, after business hours, after we’d given Bambu our business hours, and have now marked the shipment as undeliverable. I’m not sure if it is incompetence at this point or something more nefarious, but it seems that YenExpress will mark a shipment as undeliverable at the very first obstacle they face and who knows what happens to the hundreds of dollars’ worth of merchandise at that point.
We’re going to try again, seeing if Bambu will ship it to us using our UPS account to cover the shipping, but this is absolutely ridiculous. I get trying to keep costs as low as possible, but cut-rate delivery services are going to end up turning customers off of your products when they cannot get what they ordered.
I had a similar experience when ordering my X1C and AMS this past August. I had it shipped to my office in South Florida.
FedEx was delivering the X1C and attempted delivery on Sat and then auti rescheduled for Monday.
YunExpress didn’t even attempt delivery and said the address was invalid. Entering the address in Google would send them to the proper place, but I reached out via email as they requested and provided links to the office on Google Maps as well as detailed instructions. I heard nothing so I called on Monday and it was as if I didn’t provided 110% of what they requested. So I gave all the same info to the customer support report and she said it will be delivered. I asked when and she said “in the next few days”. 2 days later it showed up, but their tracking didn’t even show it out of delivery.
We were able to get Bambu to have YunExpress re-attempt deliver to our business. They tried yesterday. AT 11:43PM!!!
You try delivering twice to a manufacturing facility with clearly posted dock hours on a Saturday when we’re closed, then attempt a third time at nearly midnight?
YunExpress has to be the most horribly run logistics outfit I have ever seen. @BambuLab 's partnership with them is making me think that I will have to take my business elsewhere for my engineering team’s 3d printing needs. Just an absolute joke.
Why can’t we get the option to get stuff shipped via UPS, even at an increased cost? The wasted time I and my buyer have spent trying to track this down could have bought us several AMSs at this point.
I found this post by searching on “YunExpress delivery failure”. I’ve got a shipment that has been sitting in status “delivery failed” for 4 business days. The store interface says “Parcel Delivery Failure, please pay attention to the express company notice”, but I haven’t gotten any notices. Any suggestions?
YunExpress sucks! Package one of three (AMS 2 Pro) was delivered today to one of the mailboxes for my condo location (not my mailbox). Fortunately, a neighbor recognized the name and called. When I went to collect my package, I found two more for other condo units. I delivered all to their proper homes.
I have two more packages on the way…who knows where they will end up…
When shipping to the US, Yunexpress uses a last-mile carrier. Unfortunately, they do not update that information for tracking, making it impossible to reach the hand-off carrier. I tried working through this with Bambu to no avail. Bambu did send out a re-delivery of the missing items. As you can guess, it shipped via Yunexpress. I noticed it was running into the same undeliverable issues. I was fortunate to get a call from the last-mile carrier, and they updated the delivery to a residential address instead of a business. That solved the problem this time, but not long-term when ordering from Bambu. I would order from another vendor, but Bambu offers the best rates and deepest discounts.
Bambu is a sh*t company and I’m really sorry I bought my 3rd printer from them. The 4th one most definitely will be from a different company.
My last two orders have been f-ed by Bambu. The last one was entrusted to these “YunExpress” jokers to deliver. I doubt they ever came within 10 miles of my neighborhood because if they did, they’d know that all houses around here have direct access from the street. And yet they marked my package as “undeliverable because no access”. And with the stellar customer service Bambu has, i.e. none at all, I’m now out of money and out of parts I needed.
At this point I don’t care about discounts, I’m willing to pay extra to get the parts I need. But who else sells Bambu spare parts? I only know of Microcenter and they have a limited selection.
They are really bad at providing feddback. I have “In transit” status since 3/28/2026. It is updated often but the information provided “In transit”, is useless. They receive a “ping” back to them every time the parcel is scanned all the way until it is delivered. The ping back has information about timestamp for the scan, and a lot of information like LOCATION. Theyt (Yan Express) decide it is best to send you an update (non-update) several times a day without providing any useful information. Maybe in China it is OK to just sit down and wait for ever until you get your product. We need more than that for decision making. I cannot promise order completion time to my clients without having an idea where my Bambu order is and how fast is traveling through the shipping workflow. To Bambu Lab, please change shipper or force them to provide useful information about shipping status.
My problem with Yun Express, the last delivery didn’t say out for delivery it said intransit, and then I got a text message with a picture of the item on my front porch. I didnt give Yun Express my PH #.
Saying that we have been spoiled by detailed tracking is irrelevant, this is part of the advancement of technology. Every other carrier that I have used (there have been many), all have detailed tracking, most able to give you a delivery window. There is no excuse for why Yun Express cannot provide this same kind of tracking.
Agree. And the tracking is part of the service, it should make sense. I posted this rant the other day. I wish Bambu would avoid the low cost shippers, they are more frustration than satisfaction.
